Abstract
Avec de plus en plus d’épisodes de floraison de cyanobactéries au cours des dernières années, la gestion de l’eau par bassin versant au Québec est passée à une nouvelle ère. Un vent de changement a soufflé sur les organismes de bassin versant (OBV) au cours de l’été 2009, apportant avec lui son lot d'interrogations aux responsables de la concertation des acteurs de l’eau.
