Hovedbudskap\nEldre innvandrere har ikke nødvendigvis samme behov og preferanser for helsetjenester som majoritetsbefolkningen. Mye tyder på at det er et behov for å tilpasse tjenestene til en mangfoldig befolkning for å sikre et likeverdig tilbud til alle. Vi utførte derfor en systematisk kartleggingsoversikt av forskning om eldre innvandrere, pårørende og helsepersonell sine erfaringer med og perspektiver på helse- og omsorgstjenester, samt forskning om tilpassede tiltak i helse- og omsorgstjenestene til eldre innvandrere.\nVi kartla og beskrev forskning publisert siste ti år. Vi identifiserte 24 studier fra Norden, 36 fra øvrige europeiske land og 27 fra Canada, Australia og New Zealand. Vi vurderte metodisk kvalitet på de nordiske studiene, og disse presenteres mer detaljert enn de resterende studiene.\nHovedfunn fra de nordiske studiene:\n•\t22 av 24 studier hadde et kvalitativt design\n•\tSeks studier omhandlet erfaringer med tilpassede tiltak for eldre innvandrere\n•\tEn stor andel av studiene omhandlet erfaringer med helse- og omsorgstjenester generelt og erfaringer med demens og demensomsorg\n•\tI studiene der setting var spesifisert var den hyppigste settingen sykehjem\n•\tDe fleste av studiene omhandlet personer med opprinnelse i europeiske eller asiatiske land\nBlant de nordiske studiene ser det ut til å mangle forskning om effekt av tiltak, brukeres erfaringer med tiltak og forskning på helsehus, kommunal akutt døgnenhet (KAD), fastlege, tjenester innen psykisk helse, fysioterapeut og omsorgsstønad.
