Abstract
Saskatoon Police Chief Troy Cooper joins Gormley for our monthly interview on crime and policing in the Bridge City. Last week, John spoke with Rochelle Dubois, the mother of a girl struck and killed by a truck in September, who said police had not been communicating with her as the investigation progressed.
