Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

\n \nThis thesis deals with the impact of HACCP on industrial and commercial performance in SME Agri-foods. Agri-food SMEs are increasingly facing many challenges, including food safety requirements, meeting customer expectations and strength imbalance with large companies in the sector. The aim of this thesis is to highlight the significant contribution of the HACCP system to the performance in terms of food safety, customer satisfaction and access to markets (local and Export) in SMEs Agri-foodstuffs. And on the other hand, to make recommendations to maximize the effectiveness of the HACCP system in SMEs Agribusiness. It is a study using an empirical approach with as a study population the SME Agri-food of Quebec from the industrial information bank of the industrial research center of Quebec (CRIQ). The results of the Khi2 Pearson test reveal that the HACCP system has a significant impact on food safety on the one hand and on customer satisfaction on the other hand in agro-food SMEs. In addition, the results of the ANOVA test show that the HACCP system has a significant impact on the level of access to foreign markets (outside Canada). Furthermore, after the Pearson chi-square test, the HACCP system has a significant influence on access to the European market.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
