Ted Haney, President of the Canada Beef Export Federation, will talk about Canadian beef exports and the international export marketplace today: the access status of key markets, the Canadian industry''s export goals -- and how Canadian beef is positioned to build demand and differentiate itself from the competition. Speaker: ?Ted Haney As President of the Canada Beef Export Federation, Ted Haney is responsible for planning and implementing an international market development program for the Canadian cattle industry. He manages operations in six offices around the work and tackles trade access negotiations with countries of export interest to the industry. Ted has worked in Burma, Asia, Mexico and the Middle East. Ted currently resides in Calgary. He volunteers for the Calgary Exhibition and Stampede, Summerstock Conservatory and YMCA. Moderator: ?Leonard HaneyLen Haney has lived and worked on a family farm near Picture Butte for most of his 90 plus years. His special interest is the seed growing industry. Len has served the community on several education boards and enjoys playing the violin.
