Abstract
Los participantes en la Olimpiada realizaron dos pruebas: Modalidad A: examen tipo test de una de las siguientes asignaturas a elegir por el alumno: Biología, Ciencias de la Tierra y Medio Ambiente, Electrotécnica y Tecnología Industrial, a celebrado el 24 de febrero de 2011 en la ETSIA de la UPCT, Modalidad B: realización de un trabajo, individual o colectivo, sobre Economía Agraria y de los Recursos Naturales, Economía de la Empresa Agroalimentaria, o Cooperativismo Agroalimentario, a entregar antes del 24 de marzo de 2011 en la ETSIA de la UPCT. El Comité organizador entregará dos becas de 1.500 euros al mejor clasificado en cada prueba que en el curso académico 2011/12 se matricule en alguno de los dos títulos ofertados por la Escuela (Grado en Ingeniería de la Hortofruticultura y Jardinería y Grado en Ingeniería de las Industrias Agroalimentarias). Además, se repartirá un premio de 500, 200 y 100 euros para el primero, segundo y tercer alumno mejor clasificado en cada prueba, respectivamente. Los premios se entregaron coincidiendo con el día de San Isidro el Labrador (20 de mayo de 2011), patrón de los Ingenieros Agrónomos.
