Abstract
La TV cumple sus bodas de oro en España como el medio omnipresente en los hogares españoles (en un 99,6%) y un consumo de más de 3,5 horas y media al día (según el Informe Anual CMT 2005). Esta audiencia sin precedentes no hace sino confirmar el lugar privilegiado que ocupa el mercado televisivo español en Europa – superado únicamente por Alemania, Francia, Italia y Reino Unido – ahora que el espectador puede elegir entre TV abierta (analógica y TDT) y de pago (por cable o satélite) y a las puertas del apagón analógico de 2010.
