Abstract
Çalışmanın temel amacı algılanan örgütsel destek algısının iş performansına etkisinde örgütsel sinizmin aracılık rolünü incelemektir. Kavramsal çerçeve kapsamında öncelikle algılanan örgütsel destek, iş performansı ve örgütsel sinizm kavramları ve bu kavramlar arası ilişkiler ele alınmıştır. Daha sonra araştırmanın amacını test etmek amacıyla 245 kamu çalışanı ile anket yöntemiyle gerçekleştirilen alan araştırmasına yer verilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda algılanan örgütsel desteğin iş performansına etkisinde örgütsel sinizmin aracılık etkisinin olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca algılanan örgütsel desteğin iş performansı üzerinde pozitif yönlü anlamlı etkisinin (=,356, p<0.001) olduğu, algılanan örgütsel desteğin örgütsel sinizm üzerinde negatif yönlü ve anlamlı etkisinin (=-,479, p<0.001) olduğu, örgütsel sinizmin iş performansı üzerinde negatif yönlü ve anlamlı etkisinin (=-,673, p<0.001) olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Algılanan örgütsel destek hem doğrudan hem de örgütsel sinizm üzerinden iş performansını etkilemektedir. Çalışanların iş performansı ve dolayısıyla örgüt verimliliğini arttırmak amacıyla yöneticiler örgüt içerisinde sinik tutumları fark ederek gerekli önlemleri almalı ve çalışanlara kendilerinin arkalarında olduğunu hissettirmelidir.
