Abstract
Il dissenso è un argomento spinoso e forse attuale in un mondo globalizzato, dove i diritti umani non sono ancora del tutto riconosciuti. Lo scopo del mio articolo è quello di mostrare le fasi salienti della costruzione di un evento fondamentale come la Biennale del cosiddetto dissenso. Proverò a presentare lo scontro di interessi e la guerra di posizioni da parte del PCI e del PSI nei confronti della causa dissidente d’oltrecortina, mettendo in evidenza il ruolo che hanno giocato gli intellettuali nella “battaglia” veneziana. Cercherò di sottolineare inoltre le ambiguità e le contraddizioni interne del PCI nei confronti della linea sovietica, contrapposta alla netta critica del PSI molte volte utilitarista) verso la politica di Mosca nei confronti del dissenso.
