Abstract
Ce colloque entend se placer dans la perspective historique de la longue durée, en interrogeant non seulement ce qui définit le Canada en 2017, mais en le comparant avec ce qui le définissait en 1867 au moment de la Confédération, ainsi qu’en 1967, lors du centenaire. Le colloque propose d’orienter la réflexion autour de trois axes correspondant aux valeurs, aux pratiques et aux représentations par lesquelles le Canada se définit.
