Abstract
Le Québec occupe une place privilégiée dans l’œuvre de Charles Taylor, non seulement du point de vue du contexte social, politique et culturel dans lequel l’œuvre a été produite, mais également, et plus frontalement, par les références au Québec dans ses écrits. Qui plus est, plusieurs des concepts clés de la pensée taylorienne — la diversité, la reconnaissance et la sécularité — ont une couleur québécoise au sens où, d’une part, ils se rattachent à un travail herméneutique de longue haleine pour mieux comprendre la société québécoise, et d’autre part, cette dernière fut aussi, en retour, un point d’ancrage et une source d’inspiration majeure dans l’élaboration de ces concepts. Ce colloque organisé par le Centre de recherche interdisciplinaire sur la diversité et la démocratie (CRIDAQ) est ouvert aux doctorant·e·s, postdoctorant·e·s et nouveaux·et nouvelles chercheur·se·s.
