Les résultats des enquêtes HBSC et SMASH donnent une image contrastée de la situation. Du côté des informations préoccupantes, on notera une relative péjoration de la santé mentale des adolescents. Ainsi, au cours des dernières années, nous ne sommes pas parvenus à infléchir la courbe ascendante de consommation de substances psychoactives.
