Abstract
Pendant toutes les études de chirurgie dentaire, les étudiants sont préparés pour exercer leur métier en cabinet libéral. Mais quand arrive le jour de l installation un grand nombre d interrogations se posent : exercer seul ou à plusieurs ? Quel type de société est adapté? Comment financer le projet d installation ? Comment protéger son installation ? Cette thèse à pour objectif de fournir les premiers éléments de réponses tels que les différents statuts à la portée du Chirurgien-dentiste, avec leurs avantages et leurs inconvénients. Mais aussi connaître les moyens de financement et comment les obtenir. Le cas particulier de l immobilier ainsi que l influence du régime matrimonial sont traités. Une fois son installation terminée, il ne faudra pas négliger la souscription aux assurances. Certaines sont obligatoires : RCP, Multirisque professionnel. D autres sont facultatives mais à ne pas négliger : Protection Juridique, Perte d exploitation, Bris de matériels autant de dispositions qui permettront au jeune praticien de vivre sereinement son début d exercice.
