Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

DNA Info says the owners of Odd Obsession want renters that've kept as much as 25-thousand dollars worth of movies over the years to bring those movies back or pay some of their late fees. A rare movie store in Bucktown's asking thieves to help keep their store open. Odd Obsession either had to face a big hike in rent or move out of their space... so they're moving down the block to a space that costs less. They're planning a crowd-funding campaign to help with the move and to buy new movies -- they've already grown their collection from 4,000 to 25,000 titles over the years. Odd Obsession's one of the city's last rare movie stores -- they've got movies for things like \after school specials\ and \sexploitation.\ DNA Info says at one point, one renter was responsible for more than 4-thousand dollars worth of missing merchandise.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
