ATTENDU qu'il existe depuis mil huit cent soixante-et-quatorze, en la cite de Quebec, une association connue sous le nom de " 1' I J nion Commerciale de Quebec," fondee dans le but de fournir aux commis des diverges branches de commerce, des moyens d'etude et d'instruction, d'avoir une bibliotheque et des salles de lecture et d'amusements, des jours de discussion et lecture sur divers sujets et specialement sur le commerce, et attendu que les per- sonnes ci-apres nommees, officiers ou membres de cette association, ont demande a -Getre incorpores sous le rotn de : " 1' Union Commerciale de Quebec," et qir il est expe- dient d'acceder a leur demande ; Sa Majeste, par et de l'avis et du consentement de la Legislature de Quebec, decrele ce qui suit 1.
