Abstract
The collection of the EU; EU-Spain and Portugal Groundfish Surveys used in this paper has been funded\nby the EU through the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund (EMFF) within the National Program of\ncollection, management and use of data in the fisheries sector and support for scientific advice\nregarding the Common Fisheries Policy. The study was funded by the European Union\nNextGenerationEU within the framework of the Agreement between the Ministry of Agriculture,\nFisheries and Food and the State Agency of the Spanish National Research Council, M.P. -through the\nSpanish Institute of Oceanography- to promote fisheries research as a basis for sustainable fisheries\nmanagement, of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan of the Government of Spain
