SSENSE, a luxury e-commerce platform based in Montréal, Canada, is renowned for its avantgarde aesthetic and editorial approach. Despite its success, the website’s minimalist design and vast catalog pose usability challenges, including limited and difficulty navigating filters, lack of brand hype and awareness, and lack of customization. This project addresses these pain points through a more user-centered design, employing research methods such as user and employee interviews to inform design decisions.
