Abstract
In addition to our podcast covering the Calgary music scene we also release a variety of free resources for musicians and music fans. Our public domain music collection consists of professionally quality recordings which are release into the public domain. This means you may use these recordings for any purpose without restriction. The jkey idea is to provide people with professional quality tracks they can use to learn how to play and record music. If you have any questions or comments email me at http://www.musiccalgary.com. Today's tune is "The Good, The Bad, and The Ashy". It's a basic slow, heavy number which is centered around C Lydian, and is ideal for soloing over. It has been mixed to leave room for a guitar solo but it can also be applied to any instrument. Enjoy!
