Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

appears to be broken reed. I have not been able to ascertain the authorship of that Expositor article, altho’ I have had some inquiries made. I have started my little paper here, and, if there had been any use in it, would have had some articles in favor of recession. But they would be profitless at present. We must trust to Congress and the new Administration, or nothing. I will soon have an article upholding Noble’s policy. Should Cleveland adhere to his announced policy of not appointing persons who held office under him before, that would “let out” Irish who was a commissioner in reference to the San Francisco post office. The idea of Irish as Land Commissioner is so monstrous that I can hardly believe it possible. It would ruin the Democratic party in the West. Yours Truly Geo. G. Mackenzie

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
