Comparative study of the objectives, resources and design of the cultural diplomacy carried out by seven countries in Canada, identifying parameters to measure its effectiveness, in order to draw good practices and lessons learned to strengthen Mexico’s action in countries that are strategic to its foreign policy.\n \n \n
