Silky drink merupakan dessert yang cukup unik yaitu adanya perpaduan antara pudding di lapisan bawah dan susu di lapisan atas yang terpisah dan cara mengkonsumsinya dengan disedot. Home industry pengolahan dessert ini memiliki potensi yang cukup baik karena permintaan yang cukup tinggi berdasarkan orientasi yang telah dilakukan. Home industry silky drink “MILK MOO” direncanakan memiliki kapasitas bahan baku 10 kg susu bubuk full cream/hari. Home industry ini direncanakan didirikan di Jalan Mulyosari Prima I MD 04 No 61, Surabaya. Bentuk badan usaha yang digunakan adalah swasta perorangan dengan struktur organisasi lini dan staf dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 2 orang. Bahan baku yang digunakan dalam pembuatan silky drink ini adalah susu bubuk full cream. Bahan pembantu yang digunakan adalah air, karagenan, dan gula pasir, sedangkan bahan tambahan yang digunakan adalah flavor bubuk rasa coklat, pisang, stroberi, vanilla, taro, mint, cappucino.
