Perancangan ini difokuskan pada krisis kesehatan mental yang terjadi pada rentang usia dewasa awal (usia 20-30an tahun), yang dikenal dengan istilah Quarter Life Crisis. Perancangan ini bertujuan memberikan informasi dan edukasi tentang kesehatan mental semasa Quarter Life Crisis untuk kalangan muda-mudi usia peralihan dewasa karena kesehatan mental sama pentingnya dengan kesehatan secara fisik. Namun edukasi tentang topik ini masih kurang meluas di masyarakat, meski cukup banyak yang sudah mengalami dampaknya. Visual book ini dirancang untuk membantu pembaca memahami pentingnya kesehatan mental pada masa rawan krisis perempat kehidupan dengan penjelasan yang lebih ringan dan memudahkan. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis 5W + 1H (Who, What, When, Where, Why, dan How). Hasil utama dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemilihan visual book sebagai media utama dinilai mampu menjembatani pengetahuan tentang kesehatan mental pada masa Quarter Life Crisis kepada pembaca. Karya visual yang menyertai buku ini diharapkan dapat membantu menggambarkan apa yang dijelaskan di dalamnya, sehingga memudahkan pemahaman pembaca. Oleh karena itu, visual book ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan praktis dan mudah dipahami, sehingga mengurangi dampak buruk kesehatan mental selama masa Quarter Life Crisis serta membantu mengedukasi dan menjadi perenungan masyarakat tentang pentingnya kesehatan mental di masa tersebut.
