Abstract
En el presente plan se explica de manera ordenada, el proceso de la exportación, en la que se aplica el proceso logístico, el tipo de envase y embalaje óptimo para el producto, como Ia Contenedorización y el transporte, para Ia distribución del mango al mercado de Vancouver- Canadá. \nLa empresa “Mangos S.A.C.” es una empresa acopiadora de mangos, que se encuentra en la ciudad de Piura — Perú, actualmente se encuentra en proceso de estudio, los datos vertidos son reales y las fuentes de información son citadas. \nPara concluir, debe que tener en cuenta que la producción del mango en nuestro país es estacional (noviembre a marzo), por lo que tiene que aprovechar en su debido tiempo y temporada, ya que pasada esta temporada se vuelve escaso; es por ello que se plantea exportar en los meses que se vuelve escaso, es decir, las últimas semanas del mes de marzo se realizará el acopio, para así poder exportar el mango y obtener un buen margen de utilidad en el mercado exterior.
