Abstract
Colombia, en los últimos años, ha aumentado el consumo de cerveza alcanzando los 6,2 millones de dólares vendidos en 2010, convirtiéndose en el cuarto mayor consumidor en América Latina, con el consumo per cápita de 53 litros al año. El público en Colombia tiene una tendencia a probar nuevos sabores y formas de degustar la cerveza, por lo que surge la posibilidad de incursionar en este mercado con el objetivo de establecer un negocio para producir cerveza artesanal. \n \nEste documento contiene el plan de negocios para crear la empresa Dante S.A.S., con la misión de producir una cerveza artesanal para la gente de cultura globalizada, pero con su propia identidad. Este plan de negocios contiene el mercado, análisis operacional, organizacional y financiera necesaria para determinar la viabilidad de la idea. Dante S.A.S. se concibe como una empresa con un alto espíritu de responsabilidad social corporativa y con el medio ambiente.
