ABSTRAK \nPenurunan kinerja pada Perawat RSUD Jampangkulon Kabupaten Sukabumi \nmerupakan dampak dari tidak tercapainya realisasi kinerja dengan target yang telah \nditetapkan. Beberapa faktor yang diduga bermasalah terhadap kinerja Perawat \nRSUD Jampangkulon Kabupaten Sukabumi yaitu diantaranya: Lingkungan Kerja, \nStres Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja. Hasil penelitian ini membahas mengenai \nkarakteristik dari objek yang diteliti, serta tanggapan secara deskriptif maupun \npengaruh secara verifikatif dari variabel yang diteliti, yaitu lingkungan kerja, stres \nkerja sebagai variabel independen, serta kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel \nintervening, dan kinerja perawat RSUD Jampangkulon Kabupaten Sukabumi \nsebagai variabel dependen. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis deskiptif dan \nverifikatif, dengan jumlah tolal sempel sebersar 118 responden. Pengumpulan data \ndiperoleh dari obsevasi dan penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis jalur digunakan \nuntuk mengetahui hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung variabel independen \nterhadap variabel dependen, analisis koefisien korelasi digunakan untuk \nmengetahui tingkat hubungan antar variabel, selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian \nhipotesis simultan maupun parsial untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan analisis \nkoefisien determinasi digunakan untuk mengetahui besarnya variabel tersebut. Dari \nhasil analisis tersebut, menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh lingkungan kerja, \nstress kerja dan kepuasan kerja berada pada kategori kurang baik, serta terdapat \npengaruh dan signifikan baik secara simultan maupun persial. Hasil analisis data \nmenunjukan besarnya pengaruh lingkungan kerja, stress kerja terhadap kepuasan \nkerja sebesar 53,1% dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh lebih besar \ndibandingkan dengan stress kerja. Secara parsial kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh \nsignifikan sebesar 67,4% terhadap kinerja perawat. \nKata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Stress Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Kinerja \nKaryawan
