Abstract
This article analyzes the scenario of the international communities on the figure of the Bachelor in \nLaw, in view of the possible regulation or professional use of this agent. The study covers data from \nSouth Africa, Australia, Brazil, Canada, the United States of America, Japan, Wales and the United \nKingdom in order to elucidate questions such as: if there are legal regulations, what public policies \nhave bee created to legalize its performance, whether a legal course is required, the remuneration and \nwhat is the social and local development impact of this actor. Bibliographic research was used to \nelucidate such questions. In conclusion, there is a niche to be explored professionally through the \nfigure of the bachelor in Law or the Paralegal. The professionalization of this actor can have a direct \nimpact on the local development of communities, in order to guarantee access to justice for the poor.
