Abstract
This research analyzes effective strategies for improving emotional well-being and resilience in diverse communities, using a qualitative approach and a literature design that reviews ten previous studies related to the topic. The studies cover initiatives such as mental health centers in Guelph, emotional education programs in Auckland,and cultural practices in indigenous communities in Australia, revealing significant improvements in mental health and social cohesion. Reductions in symptoms of depression and anxiety were observed, as well as increases in job satisfaction and community connectedness. The discussion emphasizes the importance of tailoring interventions to local and cultural needs, highlighting that a collaborative approach can generate a lasting positive impact on community resilience. Conclusions confirm that integrating different approaches and contexts is crucial to the success of emotional well-being initiatives, suggesting that future research should explore new interventions and consider how these strategies can be implemented in other contexts.
