Aujourd’hui, revisionner une série via les plateformes de vidéo à la demande (VàD) est une pratique de plus en plus populaire. L’objectif de cette recherche est de cerner la façon dont les jeunes adultes réécoutent les séries ainsi que les significations qu’ils construisent autour de cette pratique. S’appuyant sur des entretiens semi-dirigés réalisés auprès de 20 jeunes Québécois âgés de 18 à 34 ans, les résultats mettent en évidence une diversité de pratiques de revisionnement connecté, le plus souvent individuelles, et de significations qui s’y rapportent. Ils montrent le rôle important que joue le dispositif de visionnement connecté dans leur mise en place : les stratégies de mise en marché des séries des services de VàD et l’interface des plateformes offrent à la fois des incitatifs à reprendre le visionnement d’une série et des possibilités de contrôle accru pour les usagers sur le texte sériel et le contexte de visionnement.
