Abstract
The Canadian Plains Research Center (CPRC) and the University of Regina play an integral role in fostering education in the communities of Saskatchewan. For the past two years, the University of Regina has partnered with the Regina Leader-Post and the Saskatoon Star Phoenix in support of the Canwest Raise-A-Reader campaign.
