Abstract
Dentro del contexto de la Reforma Educativa de Quebec (2001), la formación inicial y continua de profesores se basa en competencias y la profesionalización de los docentes. En este sentido, ellos son responsables en gran medida de la formalización de su saber-hacer. El artículo muestra dos investigaciones cuyo desafío es focalizarse en las prácticas efectivas de enseñanza básica y media. Su objetivo final es comprender y describir el proceso de construcción de las rutinas de los profesores y extraer una determinada modelización. Entre otros, los resultados permiten mejorar el marco de análisis de los saberes, de las características y las funciones que hacen referencia a las rutinas de la práctica de la enseñanza. El estudio concluye enfatizando la obligación de transformar ciertas rutinas profesionales durante las reformas educativas, sin descuidar la estructura institucional impositiva en relación a la práctica de enseñanza.
