Titanium silicalite-1 catalytic architecture: A new approach to make TS-1 applicable to industrial process
Bibliographic record
Abstract
TS-1 is a powerful catalyst for cyclohexanone ammoximation with excellent selectivity to the desired product (cyclohexanone oxine). However, due to its small particle size, the catalyst experienced agglomeration that drastically reduces its activity after reaction. A new TS-1 heterogeneous catalytic composite was developed by crystallizing submicron TS-1 on the bentonite clay support. TS-1 crystals grew on the bentonite surfaces and intercalated between the clay layers. The crystallization process of supported TS-1 was different to that of the unsupported one The fast crystallization on the bentonite led to the formation of silicalite-1 structure prior to Ti incorporation. The Ti distribution on clay-based TS-1 was the same as preferential sites for Si vacancies in silicalite-1. This finding would strengthen the understanding of Ti incorporation in TS-1. particularly in supported TS-1 materials. This is an abstract of a paper presented at the 8th World Congress of Chemical Engineering (Montreal, Quebec, Canada 8/23-27/2009).

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
