Abstract
Produzione, distribuzione e consumo del cibo stanno provocando \na livello planetario rilevanti «effetti collaterali» sulle comunità e sui \nterritori. La generale riflessione sul tema dell’alimentazione, sviluppata in \noccasione dell’Esposizione Universale di Milano del 2015 'Nutrire il \nPianeta, Energia per la Vita', ha costituito un importante momento \ndi confronto tra i protagonisti della comunità internazionale sulle \nprincipali sfide dell’umanità. Il contributo è parte di un insieme di riflessioni a scala nazionale e internazionale sugli effetti che le scelte politiche in materia di food hanno determinato nel paesaggio costruito ed è parte della ricerca \nbiennale F.A.R. FOODSCAPE, finanziata dall’Ateneo di Camerino per la Scuola di Architettura e Design Eduardo Vittoria di Ascoli Piceno. In particolare la ricerca attraverso le mappe interpretative e la sperimentazione progettuale indaga il rapporto inscindibile tra dato produttivo e caratteristiche peculiari dei territori, e la relazione tra spazio costruito e spazio agricolo come efficace dispositivo rigenerativo e di disegno dello spazio urbano-rurale.
