Abstract
Od 15. lipnja do 16.rujna ove godine Æidovski povijesni muzej u Amsterdamu bio je domaÊin izloæbe po-sveÊene velikoj francuskoj glumici Sarah Bernhardt (1844.∑1923.), izloæbe koju je godinu prije s velikim uspjehom predstavio Æidovski muzej u New Yorku.Razumljiv je interes amsterdamskog muzeja da pobliæe upozna svoju javnost s likom te svjetske kazaliπne veli-Ëine, ako se podsjetimo da je ta roena Pariæanka kÊerka nizozemskih roditelja pa je muzej u Amsterdamu s razlogom priloæio niz dokumenata i fotografija Sarinih predaka.Bernhardtova je takoer u niz navrata gostovala na nizozemskim scenama, izazivajuÊi i ondje uobi-Ëajeno oduπevljenje, kao πto je, uostalom, ovacijama is-praÊena kod nas, u Zagrebu i Rijeci.Izloæba je monumentalna, raskoπna i pomalo bizarna, upravo onakva kakav je bio scenski i privatni æivot te apsolutne dive.Mogu se vidjeti scenski kostimi ∑ naravno, nakit izraen po njezinim nacrtima optoËen ametistima, tirkizima, opalima i drugim dragim kamenjem, fotografije znamenitog Nadara, i pisma, i ordeni, i ljudska lubanja ∑ dar Vicktora Hugoa, i fantastiËni posteri Alphonsa Muche, ali i πalice s njezinim likom, poπtanske dopisnice s prizorima iz njezinih predstava koje
