Abstract
Comer, exportaci, falsificaci d'objectes d'art (1850-1950)Tres perdidas patrimoniales significativas.Se presentan tres casos significativos de prdidas patrimoniales debidas a robos o exportaciones ilcitas.Se pretende llamar la atencin sobre la limitada eficacia de la normativa relativa a estas cuestiones.El primer caso es el de un marfil gtico del siglo XIV que fue sustrado del Museo Episcopal de Vic en 1903.El citado marfil figura en el catlogo del MEV publicado en 1893 con el numero 2180.Tras el robo fue localizado en la coleccin Martin Le Roy de Pars.En 1931 ingres en el Walters Art Museum de Baltimore, legado por Henry Walters.El catlogo en lnea del citado museo no oculta su origen aunque silencia las razn por la cual sali de Vic.El segundo caso concierne una de las muchas fechoras cometidas por el tristemente famoso ladrn
