Abstract
In this work, the results of a research carried out in the three territories of the\nBasque Country are presented. The research, granted by the Basque University\n(UPV/EHU), (1/UPV 0024.354-H-14034/200), includes the image held by the students\nabout the identity (national, cultural and linguistic) and the cultural diversity. The total data,\nmeasured at the beginning of the course and classified as a function of the school language\n(Basque or Spanish language) and the locality (Bilbao, Donostia-San Sebastián, Vitoria-\nGasteiz), are compared with the results at the end of the first quarter after attending the one\nyear compulsory course "Reality of the Basque Country and Education", in order to obtain\nthe corresponding educational conclusions.
