Abstract
DE 102007042493 B3 UPAB: 20081128 NOVELTY - The device for laser cutting of metallic workpieces, comprises a nozzle (1) with a cutting gas for arranging a movable laser beam (2) on the workpiece, a housing, a linear drive for electrically, pneumatically or hydraulically swiveling the nozzle, and two plane-plane lenses, a focusing optical lens and tiltable optical elements for deflection and formation of the laser beam. The nozzle is formed as slit Laval-nozzle, has an inner free cross-section, and shrinks along the longitudinal axis from a cutting gas inlet (1.1) to an area (1.3) with small inner cross-section in a converging manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The device for laser cutting of metallic workpieces, comprises a nozzle (1) with a cutting gas for arranging a movable laser beam (2) on the workpiece, a housing, a linear drive for electrically, pneumatically or hydraulically swiveling the nozzle, and two plane-plane lenses, a focusing optical lens and tiltable optical elements for deflection and formation of the laser beam. The nozzle is formed as slit nozzle-nozzle, has an inner free cross-section, shrinks along the longitudinal axis from a cutting gas inlet (1.1) to an area (1.3) with small inner cross-section in a converging manner and then enlarges in the direction of a cutting gas outlet (1.2) in diverging manner. The laser beam is movable with tiltable optical elements so that it is tiltable around the center of rotation (A). The optical elements for deflection and/or forming the laser beam and the nozzle are arranged in/at the housing tiltable around an axis. The focusing optical element and a part the housing are adjustable along the laser beam axis for changing the position of the focal point of the focused laser beam. The nozzle is held in a guidance. The nozzles having different dimension and/or different internal cross-section geometry are exchangeably mounted on the device. The inner wall of the nozzle is convex in the converging area and is concave or convex at the area with the smallest internal cross-section in the diverging area. The nozzle is tiltably arranged over an axis around a focal point arranged in the area of the small inner cross-section within the nozzle. The converging and the diverging area in the inside of the nozzle have a cone angle of 1-20 degrees . The area of the nozzle with the small internal cross-section in the center is arranged between the cutting gas inlet and the cutting gas outlet. The area with the free cross-section has an expansion of 5 mm in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the nozzle. The cutting gas inlet has a free cross-section area, which is 1-5 times greater than the free cross-section area of the cutting gas outlet, which has an inner diameter of 3-20 mm. The free cross-section area in the inner cross-section of the nozzle is 0.7-40 mm2. The nozzle is rotatably arranged around its longitudinal axis. The plane-plane lens is tiltable around an axis. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a procedure for laser cutting metallic workpieces with a device. USE - Device for laser cutting of metallic workpieces. ADVANTAGE - The device ensures economical and fast laser cutting of metallic workpieces with less consumption of cutting gas, and improves cutting edge quality.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; both teacher heads agree on what is shown here.
