Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The interest rate increase likely won't be felt much by most consumers. The first interest rate increase in 9 years wasn't a big surprise. The Fed hinted about it for months, and now that it's here... what's a quarter of a percent hike mean for average people? Jonathan Corpina is with Meridian Equity Partners... he says while it's no shock, there're still some unknowns... AP Economics Writer Chris Rugaber says the hike'll be felt by people who have loans or credit card debt... but it's not going to hurt... Economist John Silvia says the rate hike won't mean more money in savings accounts... but things like mortgages and car loans will cost a little more... but those rates probably won't go up for a while... So the experts say the increase won't be a big deal to most consumers... AP Economics Writer Chris Rugaber says US companies could be hurt by it... The Fed says it's going to take everything slowly... and won't consider another increase until it sees what this one does to the big economic picture. This is Rivet. I'm Charlie Schumacher.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
