Abstract
El presente proyecto tiene como finalidad la creación de un club recreacional en el Cantón Daule Provincia del Guayas, dicho club será creado con el propósito de brindar un lugar de entretenimiento para la población Dauleña, además de ser un sitio para la práctica de deporte, el cual traerá bienestar para dicho cantón, se considera un lugar para pasar buenos momentos con la familia Para llevar a cabo este proyecto se realizaran cuatro estudios que ayudaran a medir la factibilidad del proyecto en cuestión. Entre estos estudios se encuentra los siguientes: •El estudio Organizacional, que consiste en la implementación de una estructura administrativa para el club, también determinará la jerarquía y responsabilidades concernientes a la organización. •El estudio de Mercado, que ayudará a identificar el mercado meta al cual el club se dirigirá, además de conocer sus gustos y preferencias al momento de optar por este tipo de servicio y mediante un plan de marketing posicionar este complejo en la mente de la población dauleña. •El estudio técnico, ayudará a definir las inversiones requerida para la puesta en marcha del club recreacional, a si mismo se establecerá la parte legal que concierne a la constitución de la empresa y tomará en cuenta el aspecto ambiental que tendrá trascendencia en el club. •El estudio Financiero, mediante la recopilación de información de carácter monetario proporcionada en los estudios anteriores, se elaborarán cuadros analíticos y datos adicionales para la evaluación del proyecto y medir si es rentable o no el negocio.
