Abstract
Práce se ve své první části zaměřuje na důležitost existence daní, jejich funkci, popis daňového prostředí, požadavků na kvalitní daňový systém a také srovnání daňové kvóty se státy nejen EU. Zmiňuje také současný trend ve vývoji v daňové oblasti, dále práci popisuje historii a fungování principu rovné daně a její možné modifikace. Druhá část se zabývá analýzou dopadu vybraných variant daní z příjmu na státní rozpočet, a také na poplatníky. Cílem práce je poskytnout objektivní pohled a ilustrativní srovnání dopadů současnému systému a systému rovné daně z pohledu státu a z pohledu daňových poplatníků Klíčová slova: daň, funkce daní, Lafferova křivka, daňová kvóta, požadavky na dobrý daňový systém, rovná daň
