Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Economic development of all societies depends on new knowledge management, i.e. on the management of ideas, innovations and inventions, whereas the hypothesis of successful economic development is based on efficient new knowledge management.Scientific institutions throughout the world need to be a significant source of new knowledge and contribute to the creation and promotion of new products, which commercialisation would enable economic growth and development.Such promotion becomes increasingly virtual, due to new information technologies.Based on the research, which was conducted on two presentation portals of new knowledge, one Croatian and one Canadian, both identical in type, it was noted that Croatian scientific institutions do not promote virtually new knowledge, whereas scientific institutions of developed countries virtually promote in a particularly efficient way. This research paper also establishes a correlation between the virtual promotion of new knowledge and the level of economic development.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
