Abstract
La municipalité de Veyras participe activement au développement des coteaux ensoleillés de Sierre. Bien que profitant d’une situation idéale, celle-ci demeure témoin d’un certain déclin de l’offre de commerces au sein de son village. Désirant trouver une alternative à cette problématique, Veyras a acquis un ancien restaurant et souhaite le rénover pour le transformer en centre commercial de taille moyenne. La présente étude a pour principal objectif de déterminer la solution d’aménagement idéale et si cette dernière perdurerait dans le futur.
