Abstract
The Toronto Blue Jays have signed a left handed starting pitcher...but no, it's not David Price. The Jays and JA Happ agreed to a 3-year deal worth $36M on Friday. Happ was traded from Seattle to Pittsburgh late last year, and went 7-2 with a 1.85 ERA and 1.03 WHIP in 11 starts with the Pirates. With the signing of Happ and the trade for starter Jesse Chavez, CBS Sports says it looks like the Jays have all but removed themselves from the David Price sweepstakes.
