Abstract
Looking north on Dunton Avenue from Campbell Street is a 2004 view of the old "brick block", showing Flaherty's Jewelers at 2 North Dunton Avenue and Mitchell's Jewelers at 10 North Dunton Avenue. The brick block was so named after a fire in the 1870s destroyed the wooden buildings and they were rebuilt in brick. This item is part of the collection of the Arlington Heights Historical Society (http://www.ahmuseum.org).
