Conoce la calidad de atención odontológica de una Institución Prestadora de Servicios de Salud (IPRESS) en Lima, durante tiempos de pandemia. En lo que respecta a la metodología de esta investigación, es de tipo cuantitativo, observacional, descriptivo y transversal. Se obtuvo una muestra de 339 pacientes, quienes llenaron el cuestionario SERVQUAL modificado para medir la calidad de atención odontológica, mediante la diferencia entre expectativas y percepciones. Contar con odontólogos con apariencia limpia y profesional (4.88) y trabajadores cortés y educados (4.85) fueron los indicadores con mayor expectativa. Por otro lado, tener horarios de trabajo apropiados (4.65) y brindar un tratamiento rápido (4.65) fueron los indicadores con menor expectativa. Los resultados obtenidos para conocer la calidad de atención odontológica indicaron que la diferencia entre las medias de las expectativas y percepciones fue positiva (0.162). En conclusión, la IPRESS brinda una calidad de atención buena pero debe mejorar la comunicación, confianza y fluidez de la atención desde la primera cita con sus pacientes.
