Février 2021 : le gouvernement du Québec déclenche la plus vaste campagne de vaccination de son histoire pour contrer les méfaits du SRAS-COV2 et permettre un « retour à la normale ». Certains quartiers de Montréal, parmi les plus touchés par la COVID-19, affichent de piètres scores. On les accuse de résister aux règles, d'ignorer les bienfaits de la science. Une enquête menée sur le vif dans le cadre d’initiatives de santé communautaire créatives remet les pendules à l’heure : Ces vaccinations qui n’ont pas eu lieu révèlent une série d’obstacles dans l’accès aux soins dans la province sur lesquels il est urgent de se pencher.
