Abstract
[CA] El present Treball de Fi de Grau (TFG) es centra en la realització d’un pla estratègic per a la creació d’una empresa que ofereixa servicis amb drons. Dur a terme un projecte de creació d’una nova empresa és una opció arriscada, principalment econòmicament, a més de ser necessària la dedicació de molt temps i esforç. Per tot això, és totalment crucial realitzar un correcte pla estratègic per a minimitzar tot el possible qualsevol problema o inconvenient i desenvolupar aquesta estratègia que més benefici tinga per a la futura organització. En quant al sector escollit, els servicis amb drons, cal destacar que s’ha triat a causa del gran auge que aquesta àrea està tenint, la qual s’ha impulsat especialment per la inversió de grans multinacionals com Amazon o Google. No obstant, això no suposa impedir a les petites i mitjanes empreses que puguen fer ús d’aquesta tecnología per a impulsar els seus beneficis, explorar noves oportunitats i millorar o crear nous servicis. En concret, els servicis que s'oferiran seràn de fotografia, video i agricultura, que són aquells que millors beneficis trauràn a l'empresa segón l'anàlisi realitzat Per tant, l’objectiu final serà analitzar la viabilitat d’aquest projecte realitzant un estudi de l’entorn i de la situació econòmica actual i del sector, que finalitzarà amb el desenvolupament dels distints plans i anàlisis realitzats per a dur-ho a terme.
