Abstract
Une vaste réforme du système éducatif a été lancée en 2015 en Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles pour renforcer la qualité de l’enseignement pour tous les élèves : le Pacte pour un Enseignement d’Excellence. Au-delà d’importantes modifications structurelles, les domaines d’apprentissage ont été réorganisés et les référentiels de compétences adaptés. L’identification d’un domaine « Activité physique, bien-être, santé » a offert une opportunité extraordinaire pour mettre en valeur le rôle de l’éducation physique qui a d’ailleurs changé de nom pour devenir « Éducation physique et à la santé ». Durant cette 6e édition des Grandes conférences de la FASAP, une discussion ouverte sur la mise en évidence des caractéristiques principales de l’enseignement de cette discipline scolaire en Belgique francophone par rapport à l’expérience québécoise en la matière sera engagée avec les participants.
