Abstract
From successfully supporting member States in the formulation of national AfCFTA strategies and achieving consensus on a unique sub regional diversification master-plan, through responding to the double jeopardy caused by COVID-19 on health and the economy, the Central Africa Office of the UN Economic Commission for Africa (ECA), met its performance objectives for the second quarter (April to June) of 2020. This was disclosed during the Commission’s accountability and programme performance review meeting held virtually recently.
