Deze thesis onderzoekt het verschil tussen de retailomgeving van drie soorten van tweedehandswinkels. Deze verschillen vinden hun oorzaak in het businessmodel en de merkidentiteit van de winkel. Er werd onderzocht welke elementen van deze twee tools terug te vinden waren in de retailomgeving en waarom juist deze elementen in de verf worden gezet. \n\nNa dit onderzoek wordt in de thesis mijn ontwerp van een tweedehandswinkel toegelicht.
