Abstract
La recherche présentée dans ce rapport s’intéresse aux organismes offrant des services spécialisés aux femmes qui vivent une grossesse imprévue et qui s’interrogent sur la poursuite de cette grossesse. Elle trouve son origine dans le phénomène de « centres-conseils grossesse » qui se proposent d’accompagner les femmes enceintes dans leur prise de décision, tout en entretenant des liens avec le mouvement « pro-vie » – qui trouve sa raison d’être dans son opposition à l’interruption volontaire de grossesse. Différentes études et enquêtes témoignent, à l’international, du développement de ce phénomène qui est également observé au Québec. La présente recherche vise à mieux connaître les réalités québécoises des différentes formes d’intervention menées en vue d’accompagner les femmes vivant une grossesse imprévue dans leur prise de décision.
